C. The 6 Patterns:
There are 6 normal 8-count Cha Cha patterns (rock step, cha-cha-cha; rock step, cha-cha-cha {1-2, 3&4, 5-6, 7&8}) to this dance.
(Where you see an “(rd)”, means I am using the round dance term.)
BALLROOM: Note when you do this dance, you are also doing about 5 different patterns used in ballroom cha cha (basic is done twice).
